Seamless group registration
Registering your group for an e-learning
program is an easy three-step process.
Step one – select an e-learning program.
Step two – make a list of the participants.
Step three – send the list to us. Done.
Easy HR group admin process
When staff members participate in e-learning programs on our ProDev Portal, their course completion results and certificates are sent directly to each participant. HR receives a summary group report when everyone has completed the program.
No fee and fixed fee courses
All pre-workshop e-learning programs offered by Possibil.com are free.
Each post-workshop e-learning program that reinforces learning is $10 CAD per person per workshop. That won’t break the bank.

What differentiates your programs from others?
All of our programs are highly interactive, based on well-researched instructional design principles and based on feedback, really useful. We combine short theory bursts with lots of practice. We use transferable concepts so the tools and templates are immediately transferable to the workplace. We prefer long-term relationships with our learning partners and thus our fees are lower than other vendors.
How do I know your programs are effective?
We always ask for feedback after each program and receive on avearge 500 detailed feedback comments each year. We look for common themes to make improvments and adjustments.
What is the core value that you provide?
At Possibil.com we provide practical tools to build your influence. We help you turn what some have called soft skills into hard assets and leadership competencies. Like a muscle, a skill must be used regularly so it becomes a leadership competency. We also provide post-program coaching support for leaders to help embed the tools and skills learned on our workshops.

Possibil.com has information on our various programs and Possibil.pro is our online learning portal where participants complete prework prior to attending a virtual or in-person workshop.
